By accessing or using this website, software, tools, or related services, you agree to be bound
by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use Crop2PVC.
2. About Crop2PVC
Crop2PVC provides document-processing and printing tools designed to help users crop, resize,
arrange, and prepare compatible documents for PVC card and A4 printing.
Supported documents may include e-Aadhaar, e-PAN, e-EPIC Voter ID, Ration Card, ABHA,
Ayushman Card, and other compatible PDF documents.
Crop2PVC is a document-processing utility. It does not issue, verify, authenticate, certify,
or replace any official government document.
3. Acceptable Use
When using Crop2PVC, you agree to use the service responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.
- You must have the right or appropriate authorization to process the documents you use.
- You must not use Crop2PVC for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.
- You must not use the tools to misrepresent an unofficial document as an authentic official document.
- You must not intentionally upload or process files containing malware or other harmful code.
- You must not attempt to interfere with, damage, abuse, or bypass the security of the Site or its systems.
4. User Documents and Files
You retain ownership of the documents and files you process using Crop2PVC. We do not claim
ownership of your personal documents or the content contained within them.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or authority
to access, process, print, or otherwise use any document submitted to the tools.
5. Local and Client-Side Processing
Certain Crop2PVC tools are designed to process files locally on the user's device. Where local
or client-side processing is used, the selected files are processed directly on your device
rather than being uploaded to Crop2PVC servers for processing.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device, browser, operating system,
and any third-party software or extensions used while accessing Crop2PVC.
6. Automatic Cropping and Generated Results
Crop2PVC may automatically detect, crop, resize, or arrange document content. Automated results
can vary depending on the original PDF, image quality, document structure, orientation, resolution,
and other technical factors.
You should always review the generated PVC card or A4 layout before printing or using it for
any important purpose. Crop2PVC does not guarantee that every automatically generated result
will be perfectly aligned or suitable for every printer, document, or use case.
7. Printing and DPI Settings
Crop2PVC may provide printing and output options such as 900 DPI, 600 DPI, and 300 DPI.
The final printed quality depends not only on the selected DPI but also on the original
document resolution, printer capabilities, printer settings, scaling, alignment, and
printing material.
Users are responsible for checking printer settings and the final layout before printing.
8. Password-Protected PDFs
Where supported, Crop2PVC may allow processing of password-protected PDF files by requesting
the password from the user.
You should only enter a password for a document that you are authorized to access. Crop2PVC
does not provide services for bypassing or removing PDF security without authorization.
9. Government Names, Documents and Trademarks
Crop2PVC is an independent document-processing tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by,
sponsored by, or officially associated with UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, Election Commission
of India, ABHA, Ayushman Bharat, or other government departments or organizations unless expressly
stated otherwise.
Government names, trademarks, logos, and document formats belong to their respective owners.
They may be referenced on the Site only to describe supported document types or compatibility.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Crop2PVC website, software, interface, design, branding, source code,
graphics, text, and other original materials provided by us are owned by or licensed to Crop2PVC
and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use Crop2PVC and its materials only as permitted by these Terms and applicable law.
You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our proprietary materials
without appropriate authorization.
11. Third-Party Websites and Services
Crop2PVC may reference or link to third-party websites, including official government websites
and other external services. These websites operate independently and are subject to their own
terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party
websites or services.
12. Availability of the Service
We aim to keep Crop2PVC available and functional, but we do not guarantee that the Site or every
feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical problems.
Features may be updated, changed, temporarily suspended, or discontinued when necessary for

law. We do not guarantee that the service will always operate without errors or that generated
results will meet every user's specific requirements.
You are responsible for reviewing documents and generated outputs before relying on them,
printing them, submitting them, or using them for any important purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Crop2PVC and its operators will not be responsible
for losses or damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site,
software, tools, generated layouts, printing results, or third-party services.
This includes, where legally permitted, printing costs, material wastage, incorrect layouts,
loss of data, service interruptions, or other indirect or consequential losses.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to Crop2PVC,
our tools, services, or applicable requirements. Any updated Terms will be published on
this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
16. Termination or Restriction of Use
We may restrict or suspend access to the Site or particular features where reasonably necessary
to protect the service, users, systems, or third parties, or where there is a violation of these
Terms or applicable law.
