2. Document Processing & Tool Output
Crop2PVC.Com provides tools for processing documents and preparing print-ready layouts, including automatic cropping, resizing, PVC card preparation, and A4 printing formats.
The automatic results may depend on the quality, resolution, orientation, structure, and formatting of the original document. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that every automatically processed document will be perfectly cropped or positioned in every situation.
Users are responsible for checking the generated output before printing, sharing, submitting, or using it for any purpose.
3. PVC Card Size & Print Quality
Crop2PVC.Com supports standard PVC card layouts, including the CR80 card size of approximately 85.6mm × 54mm, along with available custom layout options.
Depending on the selected tool or software version, output quality options may include 900 DPI, 600 DPI, and 300 DPI. Actual print quality may also depend on the original document resolution, printer capabilities, printer settings, paper or PVC material, and other hardware or software factors.
4. Supported Documents
The tools may support official documents such as e-Aadhaar, e-PAN, e-EPIC Voter ID, Ration Card, ABHA, Ayushman Card, and other compatible PDF documents.
Crop2PVC.Com does not issue, verify, authenticate, or certify any government document. Users should obtain their documents from the relevant official or authorized source and ensure that they have the right to process and print them.
5. Privacy & Local Processing
Where a Crop2PVC tool or software feature is designed for local or client-side processing, the selected files are processed directly on the user's device rather than being uploaded to our servers. We do not require users to upload their documents to our server simply to use such local processing features.
However, the privacy and security of the user's device, operating system, browser, installed extensions, or other third-party software are outside our control. Users should keep their device and software appropriately secured.
6. Password-Protected PDF Files
Some supported PDF documents may be password protected. Where supported, Crop2PVC may request the PDF password locally so that the document can be processed.
Users should only process documents and provide passwords for files that they are authorized to access. Crop2PVC does not provide or recover passwords for protected documents.

Crop2PVC.Com is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with UIDAI, the Income Tax Department, Election Commission of India, ABHA, Ayushman Bharat, or any other government organization unless explicitly stated.

Crop2PVC helps prepare documents and layouts for printing, but the final printed result depends on the user's printer, printer settings, media, paper or PVC material, alignment, scaling options, and other hardware conditions.
Users should always check the final layout and print settings before producing multiple copies. We are not responsible for printing errors, material wastage, incorrect scaling, or results caused by user-selected printer settings or hardware limitations.
